So you didn’t pre-order the iPad before and is planning to pre-order now with the hopes of getting it on April 3? You’re in bad luck since Apple seemed to have exhausted its first supply of iPad that it will be shipping on April 3.
If you take a look at the iPad pre-order page on the Apple Online Store, you’d noticed that shipping date for new orders is now moved to April 12. That’s good news for Apple since it seems that they have broken their initial targeted supply of iPads.
Bad news for you, for hesitating to pre-order it as early as two weeks ago. In addition, in-store pick-up is no longer available too.
