As those who pre-ordered their iPad WiFi+3G awaits for the arrival of their much awaited magical device, AT&T has just published the finer prints of their iPad 3G data plan offerings. Like what was previously announced, Apple has designated AT&T to provide mobile 3G data plan for would-be iPad 3G owners to maximize the full connectivity potentials of their units.
Basically, AT&T’s data plan for the iPad 3G is of two types – $14.99 for 250MB or $29.99 for unlimited data. This is of course in addition to the AT&T WiFi hotspots which users can access freely. For those who will opt to enroll in the 250MB data plan, AT&T will be sending out a reminder through their iPads when the remaining data allowance has reached 20% and then again at 10%. Once the data allowance is used up way before the month is over, users can have the option to reload their data plan for another month. While for those who can maintain within their allowed data limit, the plan automatically renews every month.
If you pre-ordered the iPad WiFi+3G and plans to take any of AT&T’s data plan, you’d be better off reading the finer details here.
