Following its ban of the iPad entry into the country due to its interference with Israel local Wi-Fi standards, the Israel government has finally lifted the ruling. That means that if you’re bound for Israel in the next few days, you can now bring your iPad and you won’t be force to leave it in Israel airport.
According to a CNN report:
“The scrutiny conducted by the ministry technical team vis-a-vis Apple’s team, International laboratory and European counterparts confirmed that the device which could be operated in various standards will be operated in Israel in accordance to the local standards,” the communications ministry said Saturday evening.
Israel receive various criticisms from computers users which prompted Government officials to lift the iPad ban.
