Apple has just officially announced the latest iPad sales statistics after almost 2 months of being available. How many iPad does Apple sold in less than 60 days? – a whooping 2 million units.
The total figure comes a few days after Apple released the iPad in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK.
With a scheduled released in nine more other countries sometime in July, expect the current iPad sales to increase some more. Perhaps up to 3 million in 90 days?
In addition, Apple also announced that there are now more than 5,000 iPad apps currently available from the iPad app store.
