DC Comics has just made its presence on the iPad App Store with their very own DC Comics iPad app. The DC Comics app is being offered as a free download and you can sample the app’s interface on your iPad with two pages of some popular and classic DC Comics title.
Of course, if you feel like you want to read more, the app is connected to the comixology.com which power the DC Comics app’s store. Average price of comics are pretty decent at $1.99/issue.
The app’s reading interface is pretty forward, swipe left to right to go from one page to another. Nothing fancy here. Just a straight out ebook interface.
If you’re comic fan, now is the right time to transition from the printed comics of old to its newer form in digital with the iPad as the medium.
