The best Twitter app for iPad right now, Twitterific has just been given an update and it is now a universal app for iPad and iPhone. Of course you know the reason for the update is for the app to fully support iOS4′s fast app switching feature and iPhone 4′s retina display.
But aside from those two new features, for us iPad owners stuck with iPhone OS 3.2, we still get to enjoy some new Twitterific features including:
- light apperance theme via Settings App
- VoiceOver accessibility for the visually impaired
- OAuth authentication for all media upload services
- Tweets are now passed along media services when uploading
- Added “Relationship” information to user profile screen
- Super-long URLS are now shortened correctly
- Composed tweets are no longer lost when network errors occurs
