So Flipboard finally issued a statement right inside the app apologizing for its inability to handle request for connection to Facebook and Twitter. True enough like I said in my previous post, it seems that the Flipboard server infrastructure couldn’t handle the surge of request from those who downloaded the app to connect their Facebook and Twitter account.

According to the Flipboard announcement, they are now deploying new server infrastructure to accomodate Facebook and Twitter connection request. This should be finish in a couple of hours or so. So, if you’re one of those unlucky ones who were not able to connect your Facebook and Twitter account after downloading Flipboard, don’t fret out. Just wait a little while. In the meantime you might want to check out and amaze yourselves at what you can currently access from Flipboard iPad app. The Fliphotos are cool, if I may say so.

If you haven’t downloaded Flipboard yet, what are you waiting for? Get it now from the App Store.
