Call it coincidence or what, but just about after Yahoo unveiled its HTML-5 iPad optimized web app, here comes Google announcing a new feature of its own Gmail web app. It’s actually a pretty simple new feature – particularly stacked card interface when working on multiple emails.
So, if you check out gmail.com on your iPad’s browser (Safari and other third party apps) and select several email in you inbox, the right column will display the selected emails like stacked cards so that you can do whatever you want with them (archive, delete, file in folder).
If you don’t like the default iPad mail app, you’d probably better off checking out your Gmail account using the iPad’s browser.
